Hospitality INC Rules and Admission Policy

The following rules are for anyone staying as part of the overnight shelter program. Rules are for everyone's safety, comfort and dignity.

Any violation of these rules may result in a termination of your participation in the program.

Guest Admission Policy:
* No one younger than 18 years of age will be admitted into the shelter. Alternate resources for shelter assistance will be provided for those under 18 years of age.

* Individuals listed on the MSP Sex Offender Registry will not be admitted if the church is within 1,000 feet of school property. It's the Law!,

* Guests are required to:
* Sign the guest register:
* Submit to bags being searched,
* Turn over non-urgent medications, alcohol and weapons, and
* Complete and sign the Guest Intake and Guest Disclosure forms.
* Individuals seeking readmission after expulsion, there may be a probationary period granted by the Shelter Coordinator.
. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disciplinary action and may result in expulsion from the shelter.

1. NO SMOKING at any place inside the building. Supervised 15 minute smoke breaks in a designated area, after dinner, before bed and when you wake up in the morning.

2. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ANYWHERE ON CHURCH PROPERTY.

3. NO DRUGS OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ANYWHERE ON CHURCH PROPERTY.

4. ABSOLUTELY NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED!!!

5. NO PROFANITY in the church. Please remember, you are in a house of God.

6. The church staff and volunteers are in charge of the building. Please direct any questions to them.

7. Men and women are assigned separate sleeping areas by the staff and volunteers.

8. The church doors will open at 6 pm every night. Doors will close at 8 pm, with "Lights Out" at 11 pm. The church will then be secured until the next morning. (Special arrangements will be made for guest working later).

9. Prior to breakfast each morning, please spray and wipe down your own cot / mattress and take it to the designated storage area.

10. Personal belongings must be taken with you when you leave the Church at 8:00am.
